Talk title: Eating seafood right – sourcing sustainable seafood in an era of declines

Sustainable eating is the new buzzword, and it is easy to talk about sustainably caught seafood, but far more difficult to actually find it in our markets. InSeason Fish is working to change this by identifying fishermen who use sustainable fishing techniques and promoting their efforts to responsible seafood consumers. We also work with traders and restaurants to provide opportunities for sustainable seafood to reach out to more seafood lovers. Thus InSeason Fish enables all seafood lovers to wield their seafood choices as a driver of positive change for marine conservation.
