Leon is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer; He currently heads scuba vacations for The Grand Vacationist. He has been teaching for over 7 years. He started in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and has worked with some of the leading Dive operators in the country. He has seen the industry evolve through these years. There have been ups and down and merry go rounds with the Administration and the Locals. He’s here to share his experience and how diving can effect a positive change.

Diving in India started in the early 90’s as an exclusive adventure sport. Over the years it has become more involving and accessible to wider audience. The growth has been staggering when compared to most other destinations that started around the same time. I will address some of the Dive industries issues with intent of educating the end consumer.
