Passionate about animals and wildlife conservation since childhood, she obtained her BSc Advanced
Zoology from Stella Maris College, Chennai. She has volunteered and interned in various NGO’s such
as Madras Crocodile Bank, Students Sea Turtle Conservation Network, Indian Institute of Science and
National Centre of Biological Sciences throughout her studies. Following this, she obtained an MSc in
Tropical Biodiversity and Ecosystems from the prestigious Erasmus Mundus program. Deciding that
she wanted to focus her efforts on her own country, she returned to India.  She has been diving with
Temple Adventures since 2014, and decided to join hands with them for the creation for Temple
Reef Foundation in 2017. Suneha’s interests lie in tropical ecology, socio-ecology and environmental
education. She now works as the Chief Operations Officer of Temple Reef Foundation.
